I've acquired a very small collection of simple postcards, some have been mailed, some have been written on and some were never used, all are lovely in their own way. This is the first of them, it is stamped March 9, 1907 and it is addressed to a Miss Bessie Roue, Marshallton, Del.
This is the first time I join in on postcard Friday, yay! I will try to have a new one for you every Friday.
Cheers and have a great night!
Welcome to the postcard friendship friday thing. I just now made my first post in a while.
ReplyDeleteLovely Valentine card! Welcome and Happy PFF!
ReplyDeleteWelcome and Happy PFF.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to PFF!
ReplyDeleteA very pretty card. It looks as though it has glitter on it.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, you'll be hooked now! happy PFF
ReplyDeleteThanks for the welcomes everyone! Sheila- it does have glitter in clumps on some spots, it's the old glass glitter, it looks quite tarnished, but still glitters. I see on the side, small print says it's from Germany. I love that the stamp is for 1 cent, guess the price to mail stuff has gone up considerable since 1907!
