Frosty Tips and Blue Sky=Beautiful!

Lines: The cold earth slept below

by Percy Bysshe Shelley
The cold earth slept below;
Above the cold sky shone;
And all around,
With a chilling sound,
From caves of ice and fields of snow
The breath of night like death did flow
Beneath the sinking moon.

The wintry hedge was black;
The green grass was not seen;
The birds did rest
On the bare thorn’s breast,
Whose roots, beside the pathway track,
Had bound their folds o’er many a crack
Which the frost had made between.

Enjoying winter,
Viviana

Your photos are lovely of the snow. I have a front row seat, here in PA, what a storm this was. We have 24" or more. Snow is lovely, when you have no where else to go :)
Thanks for hopping over for a visit and leaving your nice comment.
Stay safe and warm.

Oh Stefanie, we all want what we haven't got...I want your pink cottage!

Crystal- I was just out and about, it is extremely foggy tonight, which means more frosty trees in the morning. It is lovely, but driving in it sure makes me nervous!
I'm having a mug of hot chocolate and then going to bed, definitely keeping safe and warm, thank you!

Your photos are absolutely beautiful, it looks so crisp and clear outside! We had more rain again last night, but nothing like we had a couple of weeks ago.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and taking the time to leave your very nice comment!
Blessings, Carol Anne
